This little gadget looks easy enough to put together. It's not! It's cheaply made, BROKE TWICE during construction, and it really only works well with sneakers or flats. Not made for your 3" Sex & The City shoes, Ladies! Oh, it's also bulky and kinda ugly in real life. The money to buy this should have gone into another pair of heels, and some "wooden" shoe shelves. DO NOT BUY! Grade F!!!!
